Male Bonding

Okay, don’t get any sick ideas as to the meaning of the title. My friend and I went to see Jackass 2 today!!! We went because we knew our wives would not want to see this movie.

It was great to get out and be a guy. Don’t get me wrong, I am happy being married, but every now and again, it is nice to get out and do guy things. My friend, whom I consider my brother, and I used to teach at the same school. He was my best man at our wedding and I at his. We are closer then I am to my own brother, so it was nice to get out and talk.

Since I left my old school, we have kind of grown apart which I know is both of our faults. We both know how to use a telephone, but we get so busy with our families that we forget to do it. So, when I told him there might be an opening at my school, he said let him know. Watch out PCHS if you get both of us there.

If you have seen the fore mentioned movie, then you will know the mentality of Scott and I when we are together. LOL We had the nickname of T-N-T at the old school. The assistant principal called us that and it stuck. What it meant was Trouble and More Trouble. So, we have a rep to uphold.

Anyway, it was nice to get out and just be a guy. So, if you have a good friend that you haven’t called in a while, give them a call. Don’t let a friendship get away. Until next time.
