Brighter Side of Life
Okay, since I have been down in the dumps as of late, I figure to lighten the mood for a change. Today has been a great one for me. Granted my back is out at the moment, it was for a good reason.
We were looking at a possible new house for the other day and as we were walking through the house, I heard it pop and here I am. Anyway, it looks as if it could be a possibility. We need a new house real bad. With our family we have out grown this house that we are in now.
It is a nice two story house with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The house has a dining room, great room, laundry room, etc. It is almost double the size of our house right now. Since there is a flood of spec homes in the market, the prices are coming way down. We are going to see if we can put a bid in for 250,000. They are asking 285, 000, but the realtor says that it has to be unloaded before the first mortgage payment is due. So, let us see what happens and hope for the best.
I will see if I can attach a picture for you to see. It would be great if we can make it happen, but if not, I will survive. So, don’t expect a down in the dumps entry if things don’t happen. I’ve already decided that if it happens, excellent, if it doesn’t then it wasn’t meant to be.
Patience!!! That is my key word for a while.
